Kyro Tools XP 1.0.2.7x

Added an Italian Version of KyroTools XP for all our Italian speaking friends out there

Couple of code changes to speed things up a little.

Addressed a few minor bugs, and one major bug in the custom DX page (didnt update information on page, although worked as it should do if you made changes)

Added the ability to Add a new custom game setting (will get most recent game for DX/OpenGL)

Added some more links to the Information menu item

Hopefully addressed a bug where some AMD cpu's were being seen wrong (ie 5000mhz), cannot check though as I dont have a Duron / Athlon to test on, Please let me know (usually only happened when CPU was overclocked).
